At the Ravensburger Group, we work together on a world full of playful and imaginative experiences. We’ve stayed a little bit like children and put our whole hearts into our work. A lot has happened since Ravensburger was founded in 1883: from the first board games and books, to the construction of our theme park and the integration of international brands, all the way to new, digital learning systems and apps. And we are still full of ideas!
What to expect in your Innovation department
In the Innovation department, you are responsible for and work on our various innovation and new business projects. From the initial idea to the proof of concept, you accompany our product development, test prototypes, and evaluate target group analyses. You are passionate about games, toys, and books and can put yourself in the shoes of our target groups. Close exchange with colleagues from other departments is also very important to you, as their experience with our existing products is crucial for your strategic planning.
