Getting started as a student

Whether you’re developing exciting new stories for games or books in editorial, planning creative concepts and creating social media content in marketing, conducting market and competitor analyses, or supporting the recruitment of new interns in Human Resources – one thing is guaranteed: your internship at Ravensburger will never be boring. You’ll gain authentic and comprehensive insights into our colorful everyday working life, take on responsibility early on, and actively contribute to projects and topics. Of course, fair compensation goes without saying:
Mandatory internships (as part of your school or study program): €1,600 gross per month
Voluntary internships of three months or longer: €2,109 gross per month Sounds interesting? Then take a look at our current internship openings. You’ll find all key details there – including duration, start dates (usually spring and autumn), and specific areas of responsibility.

Once Ravensburger, always Ravensburger – that’s how it works for many of us. Quite a few of our interns feel right at home and stay on as working students after their internship ends. And even without a prior internship, you’re very welcome to join us as a working student. We’re always happy about fresh perspectives and your interest in applying and deepening your university knowledge in a real-world setting. You’ll work up to 20 hours per week in your department, actively contribute to processes, take responsibility for tasks, and support the team in day-to-day business.

We may not be able to write your thesis for you – but we’re happy to support and advise you along the way. You’ll see: with a positive mindset, the expertise and input of our specialists, a good strategy, and a bit of fun, you’ll reach your goal step by step – just like in a great game. One important thing to keep in mind: not every topic is automatically a fit for Ravensburger, and our supervision capacities are limited. Simply send us your topic ideas for your final thesis – regardless of the field of study. We’ll review them internally and get back to you.
