Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly across all areas of the company—because without our IT, nothing works. We are growing rapidly, and with that, the demands on our systems are increasing too. In many company-wide projects, you collaborate with other IT colleagues right from the start. New software, new markets, new applications—there is always something exciting happening across areas such as systems, support, technology, infrastructure, reporting & analytics, and more. Your role at the heart of digitalization at Ravensburger is truly crucial.
We firmly believe that hands‑on, tactile play continues to be highly relevant for our target groups. At the same time, the digital world – from the internet to tablets and computers – is an integral part of everyday life. In our Digital area, you create inspiring Ravensburger experiences by shaping online offerings that are closely aligned with our core products and our company philosophy. You design and develop app and web applications, such as our web platform for personalised (photo) products, where users can enjoy puzzling online to their heart’s content. The digital products you create often complement and enhance our analogue portfolio – for example, the Gravitrax marble run app, which extends the physical play experience into the digital world.

Technology in Everyday Work at Ravensburger

We at Ravensburger deploy AI in a targeted, transparent, and values-driven way in selected areas and business processes where its use is meaningful and creates clear added value. This includes applications in accounting and legal functions, as well as cross-functional sales and production planning.

We see AI as a tool to support our teams. Our ambition is to use AI as an enabler of excellence. At the same time, creativity, originality, and creative drive remain the benchmark for our work.
